Craig Bishko 

Craig brings close to 20 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. Craig has been a Florida state-certified real estate appraiser since 2018. He has vast knowledge of the Tampa Bay real estate market, completing thousands of reports across the region. He began his career in financial services in New York working for Morgan Stanley, HSBC, and Cantor Fitzgerald, primarily trading mortgage-backed securities. Craig is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and is a four year letter winner in lacrosse.

John Barnhart 

John is a graduate of Ashland University, Xavier University, University of Cincinnati and the University of Kentucky with three master’s degrees in Finance and Economics.  While in college he played baseball at Ashland University and was a Research Assistant at the University of Cincinnati and the University of Kentucky.  His professional experience includes Credit Risk Analyst for US Bank working on various quantitative loan portfolio analytic teams.  He also has extensive real estate experience with investor groups that included direct buyer’s agent representation on over 200 investment transactions. 

Kristin Grondahl

Kristin is a licensed appraiser with Florida Value Appraisal specializing in the valuation of luxury, waterfront properties.  After having started her career in international staffing of USAID, World Aid civil engineering projects out of DC, she moved into business management and marketing of Sarasota startups creating multiple successful businesses, which were then sold.  She also participates in the training of new employees and manages a multitude of projects with cross-industry involvement.  She is a University of Florida graduate has spent most of her life in Sarasota and comes from a real estate family who has been active in this area for over 25 years.
